Hey There

I'm Rev. Bianca Davis and over the past decade I have worn many hats.  I'm an Ordained Clergy Woman, Experienced Community Organizer, Frontline Justice Advocate, Public Speaker, Spiritual Life Coach, and Founder of Justice and Joy Experience. My mission is simple: to ensure that the most significant moments in your life—from falling in love to becoming a parent, from major career shifts to healing after loss—are celebrated, honored, and grounded in radical affirmation, equity, and profound joy.

Having been an ordained minister for over a decade and holding a degree from the prestigious Chicago Theological Seminary, I operate as the spiritual guide dedicated to providing the spiritual structure, wisdom, and professional expertise to support you through life's transitions.

Can we keep it real for a moment? If you are super churchy and so heavenly minded that you're no earthly good, then I'm not the minister for you. I truly keep it real and raw. My ministry is not about optics or presenting you with some cookie cutter flawless image of a minister. My ministry is for those who know that we are all works in progress. My ministry is for those who have experienced church hurt and are trying to navigate their way back to the SOURCE. My ministry is for those who are Spiritual, Christian, and/or Seeking. My ministry is for those who love hip hop just as much as they love gospel music. My commitment is to those outside of the church just as much (or maybe even more) as those inside of the church.

In addition to being the Founder of Justice and Joy Experience, I have served as a non-profit executive, pastor, and public servant. In 2015, I was chosen as Princeton Theological Seminary's Black Theology and Leadership Fellow and one of Union Theological Seminary's top 50 Millennial Leaders. Also, in 2015 I was awarded the honor of Chicago’s 40 Under 40 for the Black Women Professionals League. In 2017, I served and represented the state of Washington as a Spring 2017 Community Organizing Fellow for Organizing for Action founded by Former First Lady Michelle Obama & Jim Messina. In 2017, I became the Chair of the Washington State Poor People's Campaign where I served in this community organizing role for 5 years.
